• Many International Competitions Prize Winner, among them The Youth P.I.Tchaikovsky Competition in 1997 (aged 12), Leverhulme Trust Award, Richard Carne Award, Lillian Sutton Award, Orpheus Sinfonia Trust Award etc…
• Graduate of Royal College of Music (London, class of Jerome Pernoo), also took classes by Bernard Greenhouse, Ralph Kirshbaum, Frans Helmerson and Pieter Wispelwey
• Currently works as a Principal cellist at the Royal Scottish National Orchestra and teaches at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
• Recognized on the best venues in USA, Great Britain and Western Europe, Aleksei regularly gives concerts and organizes classical music events at his homeland Belarus.
